HURST DESIGN BUILD REMODEL

Our client wanted to replace a dated sun porch with a spacious, light-filled great room that brings the outdoors in. We created an addition that was both grand and cozy with beautiful architectural features including transom windows, vaulted shiplap ceilings, wood beams, fireplace, and custom built-ins. The new space meets the clients’ wish for plenty of natural light without looking like a porch. While the new great room can be used year-round and includes a new open-air covered porch area and new concrete patio with stone walls connected with a wraparound deck. The new indoor and outdoor spaces are great for entertaining and taking in the beautiful views of the yard.
